Let’s explore the various options for uploading files in our document management system (DMS).
Single File Upload:
Click on the file button to initiate the upload process.
A small pop-up will appear with multiple options.
Choose “Upload File” to upload a single file.
Select the file from your system and proceed with the upload.
Bulk Upload:
For uploading multiple files, select “Bulk Upload.”
Choose the files from your system and proceed with the upload.
Folder Upload:
To upload an entire folder, select “Folder Upload.”
Choose the folder from your system and proceed with the upload.
WhatsApp Bot Integration:
Utilize our innovative option to upload documents from WhatsApp.
Invoke the WhatsApp Bot using #DMS as a keyword.
Transfer images and documents from WhatsApp to DMS.
Email Attachment Upload:
Another innovative option is to upload documents by sending an attachment to a designated email ID.
The attachment in the email will be automatically uploaded into DMS.
NTE Mobile App Integration:
Use our NTE Mobile App to capture photos or documents and upload them.
The mobile app and the web DMS are in live sync, ensuring immediate availability in both applications.
File Requests Within the Organization:
Make file requests from within the application to receive files from colleagues.
Easily manage and track requested files.
